GOSHICO sells via an online store
Order is executed after successful completing and submitting the form containing the data necessary to send products:
Any order made by the Customer to confirm the e-mail with information about its adoption.
Order is ready to dispatch or receive personal within 2 business days after confirmation of its acceptance. GOSHICO has the right to verify your order and address details by e-mail or telephone.Inability to verify the order (no contact), resulting in cancellation of the contract.
The client may modify the order until the issue of a receipt or VAT invoice.
The client can not cancel orders that have already been sent.
To change the status of the order, the client will be informed by e-mail.
GOSHICO is not responsible for the consequences of random events, which are not affected, and which prevented or hindered the performance of the contract (fire,flood,strikes,closure of borders, etc.).

All prices are gross in Polish zloty. The price given for each commodity is binding at the time of placing an order. GOSHICO reserves the right to change prices of goods on offer, the introduction of new goods to the shop offers online store, carry and cancel promotions on our website or make changes.
Each order is issued a receipt or to request a VAT invoice.
International shipments can only be paid by credit card. Shipping foreign shipments will be determined individually at the time of completion of the contract.
Complaints should be submitted by phone or mail. The advertised product must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt. The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days of notification. Shipping costs to the product being advertised GOSHICO responsibility of the customer. Repaired or replaced product is sent at the expense GOSHICO.
The client have the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 10 days of receipt of goods. For this purpose it is necessary to contact the GOSHICO phone or email. Returned merchandise must be new with attached receipt or invoice VAT. Shipping costs of returned goods shall be borne by the customer.
